The Cycling Centre was created with the goal of leveraging the social atmosphere and positive effects of group riding to benefit athletes of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and focus. We offer an opportunity to train with guidance so that athletes can continue to improve their speed, strength, endurance, and agility. The individual attention and focus on technique set the Cycling Centre apart from other programs, ensuring that all athletes get the feedback and direction they need to accomplish their goals. In short, we help you get fitter, faster, stronger for your specific goals - and have fun doing it together!

They want to gain confidence on the bike, live a more active life, complete a triathlon, win races, be the strongest in their summer riding groups or all of the above. If you can think of a reason why someone rides a bike, we offer a program to accommodate them led by a knowledgeable, fun, and supportive team of coaches.
