This program is geared towards kids who are 12 and under and are looking to have fun on a bike! We work on bike handling skills and drills, play games, and do some efforts to increase fitness in a fun, supportive, and inclusive way. For kids over the age of 13 please e-mail as we have other programming that will fit their goals.

During the swim training sessions, athletes will improve their technical abilities and develop the skills they need to feel comfortable and competent in the water. Coach Beth has an endless list of games and activities to improve technique, gain fitness, and most importantly, to have fun!

FEES: $370 per adult, $275 per child, $1100 for a family of 4
This is a family friendly workout for kids of all ages and their parent(s). We'll play games, have fun on and off the bike, and work on cycling techniques, learn gear changing, skills to be applied outside, and meet new friends.
