The Cycling Centre group training sessions are motivating, fun, challenging, and adapted to each rider to meet their needs and goals. Cyclists of all abilities ride on their own bikes and trainers (smart or old school) and receive constant guidance from the watchful eye of a coach.
Starting Oct. 28, 2023 until Apr. 29, 2024 sessions will be online on Zoom, with workouts that focus on skill, speed, strength, endurance, while also incorporating a social element. See days, times, and fees below.

For 25 weeks of training:
1 x per week: $500 plus tax
2 x per week: $900 plus tax
3 x per week: $1125 plus tax
