INDOOR WINTER TRAINING
Our indoor sessions from October 2020 to April 2021 will involve in person and on-line sessions, SEE DETAILS BELOW.
The Cycling Centre program looks at athletes from head to toe and works on technique, body position, efficiency, and other small details that will greatly affect performance and speed. The group training sessions are motivating, fun, challenging, and adapted to each rider to meet their needs and goals. Cyclists of all abilities ride on their own bikes and, because we are stationary, it doesn't matter how fast or slow you are, you will be able to keep up and receive constant guidance from the watchful eye of a coach. The indoor program is 23 weeks long and each month builds on techniques and fitness which are important to progressing.

For the 2021 indoor season we will be respecting 6 feet of social distancing in setting up trainers, eliminating the communal water refill station, and coaches will be wearing masks. We will do everything we can to provide the safest environment for our athletes and coaches and adapt as needed based on government guidelines. Find out more by clicking here.
Just because you are online doesn't mean that you are out of eyesight of our watchful coaches! These online sessions will be via Zoom with the coach running the details and timing of the workouts as well as providing you with feedback in terms of technique and effort (if you set up your camera so the coach can see you). Theses sessions will also have interactive elements, so you will get to know your training mates and the coach will get to know you better too.
