INDOOR WINTER TRAINING - 2018/2019
The Cycling Centre program looks at athletes from head to toe and works on technique, body position, gear changing, and other small details that will greatly affect your performance and efficiency. The group training sessions are motivating, fun, challenging, and adapted to each rider to meet your needs and goals. Cyclists of all abilities ride on their own bikes and because we are stationary it doesn't matter how fast or slow you are, you will be able to keep up and receive constant guidance from the watchful eye of a coach. The indoor program is 23 weeks with each month building on techniques and fitness which are important to progressing. Check out this link to learn more.
"I heard about the Cycling Centre from another cyclist, whose cycling had improved dramatically in the year since he started his sessions. He was already a strong cyclist to start, but his spring cycling year over year was outpacing the entire pack (each of whom are very strong cyclists). Once a month we meet at a pub to socialize with our fellow riding mates and to meet other cyclists and new friends. Dates will be posted here in the fall of 2018 so you can save the date and join us for these fun events!
