This program is geared towards athletes who are balancing swimming, biking, and/or running in to their weekly routine. Coaches will work closely together and communicate with each other to ensure an individualized approach to your training. Training periods and rest weeks will line up to maximize your training benefits and recovery. Athletes can choose training sessions from the times listed below.

For youth and adult triathletes and swimmers who would like to improve their stroke, pacing, sighting and stamina. Beginners will learn the skills to become more efficient and faster. Intermediate and advanced swimmers will focus on improving their performance through speed and distance interval training.

Have fun on a bike! These family friendly training sessions are under the close eye of a coach who will help break bad habits, build good techniques, monitor your efforts to best help you reach your goals, and have the support and social element of riding with a great group of positive people. We will work on cycling as well as the transitions from swim-to-bike and bike-to-run. This session is geared towards youth aged 13 and over and adults.

The Wednesday evening training session will involve some running, mainly focusing on transitions; however there are many running clubs in the Oakville area that offer group training sessions. Please refer to the club links above for more information.
